What Happens then at Vinyl Voicemail?

As soon as we receive your order our in-house team gets to making your cover, stickers and downloading your music so we can lathe-cut them into your record. This process in itself is an art that demands precision, patience, and lots of craftsmanship - so please be patient throughout the process.

Is My Photo Good Enough?

If you follow these photo guidelines, then yes your photo is very likely good enough to use. All specs are built into our upload tool to automatically tell you if there are issues with your artwork:

• The photo is taken in good lighting (outdoor daylight is best)
• The photo is high resolution and at least 300 DPI; otherwise the printed covers and/or center labels may be blurry.
• No important elements such as text or faces are out of frame.

Can I Change My Order?

After placing an order, our team starts production pretty quickly, so please be sure to have your order completed at the time of purchase! Once production starts, we cannot make any changes.

Will You Add a Tracklist to the Cover?

We are unable to add any modifications to the photos you’ve uploaded. Please include any design elements to your jacket before submitting!
